My name is Natalia and I am a busy mom to two young boys.
What has my experience been with Kalm & On? Just to put it in a nutshell, I am a busy mom of two kids.
They are wild, crazy, and over-scheduled, and there are moments when I feel just absolutely overwhelmed.
And so a friend told me about Kalm & On, and I decided I was going to try it.
The other day I was just worrying, trying to schedule summer camps and get everything in order for the summer. Because if you don’t get everything scheduled, if you don’t get everything done, they might not get into the camps, and then you won’t have childcare for the summer.
If you have a busy household where you’ve got two working parents, or even just busy parents who are taking kids everywhere, you might not get the care that you need because you just don’t have everything done.
And it can get so overwhelming and heavy and exhausting, and you just feel like, “I don’t have the time for a release. I know all the things that are great for me, but I don’t have time to do all of them.”
And this is when I decided I was going to try Kalm & On for the first time…
…when I was worrying about scheduling summer camps and getting my kids to where they needed to be over the summer.
Just a massive calendar in front of me.
This is the first time I tried Kalm & On. It is this special blend of beautiful things (that I know nothing about), but I took it and I just sat there. I took a moment. I took a breath. I took a moment for myself and thought, ”let me give this a chance.”
I drank Kalm & On, I took a deep breath, I exhaled, sat there for a few minutes, and
I felt like this wash of calm come over me…just this idea that I could figure this out.
This idea that I knew what I was doing, that I was a good mother, that I was going to be able to take care of the things I needed to take care of, and taking this moment for myself was going to help me do that came over me.
So that is what I think of Kalm & On. I’m new to it, I hope to get some more, I hope to use it regularly, because I feel like this was a supplement that helped me just calm my nerves, chill out, relax, and be my absolute best self.
