Hi my name is Jamie and I am writing this review for Kalm and On. Why?
Well…because Kalm & On said if take a picture, explain my experience with this product, and try to make the 18’s – 30’s understand what it does and I can get some of y’all to try it they’ll give me a 3 month supply
and I NEED a 3-month supply of this stuff!
So anyway…I have no idea how it works but let me tell you what it does for me and should do for you.
First of all it calms my mind and lets me be a bit specific….
You know when you just look at all the things you need to do and you get all agitated like rrrrrrr man which thing do I do first and then you spend like 30 mins procrastinating, you don’t even do anything you were supposed to do, and probably end up back scrolling social media?
Yeah, no more of that!
The second and the besttttt thing about this product is FOCUS! I sit down, I tell myself I’m going to do something and it gets done. No more constantly looking for an excuse to stop doing what I’m doing.
Finally and something which is HUGE for me
and maybe not for others is the way this stuff is ‘ spread evenly ‘ What I mean by this is you don’t get some massive spike in energy or focus, it’s maintained over the rest of the day.
A few small benefits that others might find useful which I’ve noticed are:
- Better sleeping with fewer wakeups
- Completely plant-based ingredients
- Tastes okay – not amazing but not bad and leaves no horrible aftertaste
- I also noticed I’m binging far less while I work – maybe that’s because I’m focused I dunno but something’s working well there!
